Welcome to Taboo Cigars — veteran-owned since 2006 and proudly based in North Richland Hills, Texas (just minutes from DFW Airport and Downtown Fort Worth). We ship premium cigars from our properly maintained humidor with the same care we give customers in our lounge.Age RequirementTaboo Cigars does not sell or ship tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. Age verification is required on all orders. First-time online orders undergo verification before a payment link is issued. Orders that fail verification are canceled. Store pickup customers present valid government-issued photo ID in person.Where We ShipWe currently ship to consumers in Texas and a limited number of other states. Availability can change due to state regulations. We do not ship pipe tobacco, little/mini cigars, or hazardous materials (such as butane). International shipping, PO Boxes (in most cases), and certain restricted destinations are not available. Contact us to confirm if we can ship to your address.All shipments require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. An adult must be present with valid ID to sign for the package.Minimum Order of $39 (before tax and shipping) is required for mail-order shipments.Shipping Methods & RatesOrders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment clearance (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.Shipping is handled via USPS and/or UPS. Exact options, rates, and estimated delivery times appear at checkout or on your secure payment invoice and depend on destination, package size/weight, and carrier availability.Common options include but most likely we may pick shipping method that is convenient for us.

Store Pickup is available at no shipping charge. Place your order online, then pick it up at our North Richland Hills location and pay in store (internet pricing matched). Age is verified on-site.PackagingEvery order is carefully packed from our climate-controlled humidor. We use protective materials to keep cigars secure and fresh during transit. Complete payment. You may optionally save the card for future orders (you can request removal at any time).

Store payment: Cash, card, etc., at our lounge for pickup orders.Sales Tax & Other ChargesApplicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and current state requirements.
